Terms of Service — RecruitIQ

1. About RecruitIQ

RecruitIQ is an AI-powered college athletic recruiting platform operated by Praxis Lab Co. ("RecruitIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using RecruitIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RecruitIQ. Users under 18 require parental awareness. Paid plans require users to be 18 or older, or to have a parent or guardian complete payment on their behalf.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

RecruitIQ offers a free plan and paid subscription plans for athletes, agencies, and organizations. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period. Free plan access is retained after cancellation.

4. No Guarantee of Results

RecruitIQ does not guarantee any specific recruiting outcome. This includes but is not limited to:

Scholarship offers or financial aid packages
Coach responses or expressions of interest
Roster spots or athletic offers
College admissions decisions
NIL deals, sponsorship agreements, or brand partnerships

RecruitIQ provides tools, AI-powered guidance, and outreach infrastructure. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including athletic ability, academic qualifications, coach discretion, and program needs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use RecruitIQ to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to coaches
Misrepresent your athletic or academic credentials
Impersonate another person or organization
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy platform content or data

6. NCAA / NAIA Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of RecruitIQ complies with all applicable NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and institutional eligibility rules. RecruitIQ does not provide legal or compliance advice. Consult your school's athletic director or a certified compliance officer with specific eligibility questions.

7. Agency and Organization Accounts

Agency, advisor, and organization accounts operate under the same Terms. Agencies must obtain explicit consent from athletes before accessing their profile data or conducting outreach on their behalf. Agencies are responsible for ensuring their use of athlete data complies with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Affiliate Program

The RecruitIQ Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring athletes, families, and organizations. Commission details are provided during affiliate onboarding. RecruitIQ reserves the right to modify commission structures, terminate affiliate agreements, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

RecruitIQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Praxis Lab Co. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruitIQ and Praxis Lab Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of recruiting opportunities, scholarship opportunities, or revenue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of RecruitIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.
